Judicial protection of service objects of intellectual property.

Abstract

The work is devoted to the analysis of the current legislation, judicial practice, scientific works, foreign experience in protection of the rights to official objects of intellectual property.
On the basis of the conducted research the scientific-theoretical and practical provisions on perfection of protection of the rights to official objects of intellectual property are proved. The concept of an intellectual property service object has been clarified. The order of interaction between the author and the employer in case of creation of an official object of intellectual property is improved. Proposals have been developed to protect the intellectual property rights of the employee in the event of the creation of an official work.
