Concession agreement.

Abstract

The first section defines the general characteristics of the concession agreement; the classification of concession agreements was carried out and their features were determined; a study of the parties to the concession agreement; the legal basis of the concession agreement is determined. The second section analyzes the content of the concession agreement; the peculiarities of concluding, executing and terminating a concession agreement are studied. The third section examines the guarantees of activity and liability of the parties to the concession agreement; the foreign experience of regulation of legal relations concerning the conclusion and execution of the concession agreement is analyzed.
Proposals for improving the procedure for concluding and executing concession agreements are substantiated.
