Legal Regulation of Administrative Services Provision to Internally Displaced Persons.

Abstract

The peculiarities of providing administrative services to internally displaced persons are analyzed in the work, the peculiarities of the status of an internally displaced person as a consumer of administrative services are determined. Proposals for the introduction of a single standard for the provision of administrative services are substantiated; the need to amend the legislation of Ukraine related to the rights of such persons, as well as the unification of the procedure for providing administrative services. It is proposed to expand the list of subjects of administrative services.
Proposals for improving the procedure for providing internally displaced persons with administrative services in the field of pension provision are substantiated.
