Commission Agreement.

Abstract

The master's thesis examines the civil law regulation of the commission agreement as a type of service agreement. The genesis of the commission agreement, its concepts and features, parties, subject and other conditions of the agreement are investigated. The procedure for concluding and the dynamics of the commission agreement are analyzed. The basic rights and obligations of the parties under the commission agreement are defined. The issue of liability of the parties for breach of their obligations is considered.
Based on the generalization of normative material, analysis of literature sources and materials of judicial practice, conclusions and recommendations for further improvement of civil legislation on the conclusion and implementation of the contract of the commission are formulated.
