Abstract

The concept, purpose and tasks of the state policy in the field of education are defined in the work, the administrative and legal bases of formation and realization of the state policy in the field of education, according to present conditions are investigated and analyzed. The problematic issues related to the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of education are highlighted. The subjects that determine and implement the state policy in the field of education have been identified. The main state strategies that determine the directions of education development, both existing and projects, are analyzed. The ways of improvement of administrative and legal bases of formation and realization of the state policy in the field of education are investigated.
