Development of creative personality of students of higher education institution by means of distance education.

The master's thesis investigates scientific approaches to the problem of forming a creative personality; the characteristic of the notions of "creative personality" and the research of the peculiarities of the formation and development of creative personality are carried out; the analysis of distance learning of higher education seekers as a means of development of creative personality and the analysis of methods of organization and research work on the formation of creative personality by means of distance education. The pedagogical conditions for the development of the creative personality of higher school applicants by means of distance education are substantiated.
Particular attention is paid to the development of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of creative personality in the conditions of distance education, methods of "accumulation of impressions", programs of individual development.
