Formation of leadership qualities of students of higher education institutions by means of student self-government.

Abstract

Qualification work is devoted to the problem of formation of leadership qualities of students of higher education institutions by means of student selfgovernment. The concepts of "leadership qualities", "formation of leadership qualities", "student self-government", "criteria of formation of leadership qualities", "organizational and pedagogical conditions" are revealed and scientifically substantiated. The structural components of leadership qualities of ZVO students are established: emotional-volitional, social-communicative, organizational and creative. Motivational-activity, value, personal criteria are determined. It is considered expedient to evaluate the studied phenomenon on a three-level scale.
