Stylistic use of phraseology in the work of Maria Mathios.

Abstract

In the qualification work the basic concepts of phraseology as a science are investigated; the peculiarities of the functioning of the phraseological unit in comparison with the word, phrase and sentence are characterized; inventory of general-language and individual-author phraseology in the prose of Maria Mathios; lexical-semantic groups, morphological categories of phraseological units are characterized and phraseological innovation of Maria Mathios is established.
