Abstract

The work is devoted to the study of the development of corporate culture and its role in the personnel management system of higher education institutions. The principles of formation, development and change of corporate culture are divided into general and special and adherence to the principles of corporate culture, which affect its further development, because the effectiveness of management decisions will improve staff performance.
The first section of the work highlights the theoretical approaches to determining the impact of corporate culture on the development of personnel management. the place and role of corporate culture in the activities of higher education institutions.
The second section assesses the external manifestation of corporate culture of Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University and monitors the tools that shape the values of higher education.
On the basis of the analysis in the third section the measurement of efficiency of corporate culture of university is carried out and the directions of development of its positive corporate culture is carried out.
