Human capital as a factor of competitiveness of the modern organization.

Abstract

In the qualification (master’s) work the essence of the concept of «human capital» is investigated. The priorities of human capital formation are determined. The analysis of the human capital management system of JSC «Piraeus Bank MKB» is carried out. A study of the company's costs for human capital development. The efficiency of investments in human capital of JSC «Piraeus Bank MKB» has been assessed. The directions of increase of efficiency of use of human capital in the context of maintenance of competitiveness of JSC «Piraeus Bank MKB» are defined. Recommendations have been developed to improve the human capital management process in order to increase the efficiency of JSC «Piraeus Bank MKB».
