Abstract

The qualification work highlights the essence and content of the compensation package as a key element of the motivational policy of the enterprise; it was investigated the foreign experience of formation of a compensation package at the enterprises . The structure of the compensation package at the researched state enterprise "Electrical Systems" is analyzed, the efficiency of the system of material and intangible incentives for personnel is evaluated; proposals have been developed and measures have been proposed to improve the use of the compensation package at the enterprise to increase staff incentives.
