Abstract

In the qualification (master’s) work the peculiarities of professional personnel selection as a component of personnel management are investigated. Sources of renewal and renewal of personnel in the organization are singled out. Methods of professional selection of personnel are defined and their characteristic is given. The efficiency of technologies in the search for candidates for the vacant position of SE «Vinnytsia Regional Road»of JSC SJSC «Roads of Ukraine» was evaluated. Methods of evaluation of candidates for vacant positions of the enterprise are analyzed. The directions of improvement of technologies of selection of the personnel of the enterprise are defined. Foreign experience of personnel selection at enterprises and possibilities of its use in Ukraine are analyzed. Proposals for the formation of a personnel reserve of managers and staff development of the enterprise have been developed.
