The qualification work reveals the content of the category "PR-technology", explores modern approaches, models and typologies of the interpretation of this concept. An attempt is being made to identify the stages of development of electoral technologies in the United States, France and Ukraine in the XXI centurу.
The peculiarities of PR-technology are determined, the specifics of their application in the presidential election campaigns of the USA (2016), France (2017) and Ukraine (2019) are revealed.
The decisive influence of digital technologies on the course of modern election campaigns is proved. In addition, recent election campaigns in the United States, France, and Ukraine have tracked trends in the use of PR-technologies and identified opportunities for digital technologies to be extrapolated to global trends as election campaign patterns.
