Abstract

The purpose of this work is to study the concept of product competitiveness, differences in competitiveness and product quality, to determine the main directions of enterprise product competitiveness management and methodological approaches to competitiveness assessment, as well as analysis of competitiveness of competitive enterprise products, development of measures to improve competitiveness management.
The scientific novelty of this work lies in the proposed ways to improve the management system of competitiveness of enterprise products on the basis of achieving a stable financial position, efficient use of resources, cost optimization. The practical value of the results is to develop economic measures that will increase the competitiveness not only of products but also of the enterprise.
