Abstract

The qualification work examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of competitiveness in the Ukrainian market of printing services. It shows scientifically based recommendations that provide an adequate assessment of the state of competitiveness of the enterprise, analysis of all necessary indicators to improve competitiveness.
It is established that competitive strategies have their own specific characteristics and should have a clear sequence.
Measures to improve product competitiveness are defined
