Modern technologies of Internet-marketing in the management of enterprise potential

Abstract

This paper examines the role of Internet-marketing technologies in managing the potential of the enterprise on the example of LLC "Wine Bureau". The analysis and calculations during the research concern the niche of wine, as the main activity of the company is the import and distribution of wine of foreign and domestic origin. The essence of the process of creating value in the enterprise during the process of collaboration in a multi-subject environment is studied. The concept of "capacity management" of the enterprise is defined. The financial and economic analysis of the enterprise under consideration, and also the analysis of organizational structure of the company, external and internal potential of the enterprise is carried out. Based on the analytical part of the study, strategic decisions are presented in the form of a matrix of SWOT-analysis and the strategic position of the enterprise is determined using SPACEanalysis.
