The theoretical and methodological and practical aspects of formation and development of the personnel management system of the enterprise are considered in the research. The analysis of organizational and economic conditions of formation, a condition of development of internal components (subsystems), components of a personnel management system at the big enterprise of an energy complex is carried out. The problems and prospects of further development of the personnel management system of the regional electricity distribution company in the conditions of reforming the electricity market in the country are determined.
The main scientific result of the study is the developed methodological approaches to reengineering business processes for personnel management of the organization, which allow to determine the best methods of reengineering taking into account a combination of factors in quantitative, qualitative, cost and time parameters of human resources reproduction.
