Abstract

The robot has the theoretical ambush of managing the human resources of a bank set. empirical analysis of the system was carried out for HR management of a bank. Viznozheno straightforwardly to the side of the mechanism of managing human resources to the bank.

The main scientific result of meeting роп scoring is a competent approach to assessing bank staff for money, methodological aspects and a model of evaluating the system of managing human resources at the last result of bank business.
