The paper examines the concept of advertising activities on the Internet, Internet advertising, analyzes the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries regulating advertising activities on the Internet. The provisions on the legal status of entities engaged in advertising activities on the Internet are summarized. The issues of state regulation of internet activities are investigated. The features of contractual relations in the implementation of advertising activities on the Internet are determined. Features of contractual relations are revealed. The analysis of scientific research of domestic and foreign scientists is carried out.
Proposals for improving the provisions on the legal regulation of advertising activities on the Internet are substantiated.
