In the qualification work the theoretical and methodological bases of the organization of work at the enterprise are investigated, the basic elements of the organization of work and the factors influencing them are characterized. The financial condition of the enterprise and indicators of the organization of work at the enterprise are analyzed. A number of measures have been developed in order to improve personnel policy, consolidate staff and reduce staff turnover. It is proposed to implement the project of creating a training and production plant on the basis of the enterprise and conducting trainings. A questionnaire has been developed for dismissed employees. It is proposed to improve production operations and reduce the time rate, which will increase productivity, increase output and improve the economic situation of the enterprise.
